By downloading, accessing, or using Hengame, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1) The service

Hengame is a local multiplayer party game app. Features, game modes, content libraries, and monetization may change over time.

2) Eligibility and acceptable use

  • You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
  • You may not abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • You may not use the app to submit unlawful, hateful, or abusive content.

3) Accounts and identifiers

The app may create an anonymous account automatically when backend features are enabled. Some future features may also allow Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activities performed through accounts and devices you control.

4) Free and premium experience

The app currently offers a free experience that may include ads, usage limits, or premium-locked content. Premium access is optional and unlocks paid features as described in the app.

5) In-app purchases and subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription: renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Lifetime purchase: is a one-time non-consumable purchase.
  • Billing: Apple charges your App Store account at purchase confirmation.
  • Management: Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings.
  • Restore: If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases where available.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

6) Apple standard EULA

Unless a separate custom agreement is provided for a specific release, the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

7) Third-party services

The app relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, StoreKit, and Sign in with Apple. Their availability and policies may affect parts of the service.

8) Intellectual property and license

We own or license the app's design, content, code, visual assets, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

9) Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10) Availability and disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any specific feature or content pack.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12) Updates and termination

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also restrict access if we believe misuse, fraud, abuse, or legal risk is involved.
